Blue-Orc Technologies LLC ("we", "us") operates ZapCorner (zapcorner.com), an appointment-booking product for small businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the ZapCorner SMS (text message) program.

Information we collect

Mobile phone number. Provided by you when you request a booking, so we can send a one-time verification code and booking notifications.
Name and booking details. The appointment information you enter to make a booking.

How we use it

To send a one-time verification code confirming you control the phone number and to prevent fraudulent or spam bookings.
To send booking confirmations, changes, and appointment reminders related to the booking you requested.

All messages are transactional and triggered by your own booking request. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your phone number or SMS opt-in data. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) strictly to transmit the messages you requested, and with the specific business you are booking with to fulfill your appointment.

Opt-out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is up to 5 messages per booking.

Data retention

We retain booking and contact information only as long as needed to provide the booking service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
